Student Transfer Policy

Tuition may be transferred to a new cohort/location if the request is made at least 10 business days prior to the training start date.Requests made within 10 business days of the training start date are not guaranteed to be processed in time.
Requests made prior to 30 days before the start date of the training, are not guaranteed approval to ensure that participants within that cohort have sufficient time to register. If a request is denied, students may submit a new request within 30 days of the start date of a training for reconsideration.
Student may not transfer to a module that will occur less than two months from their last attended module.
Students may only transfer to a different cohort twice in total during their Beginning and Intermediate Years. A one-time transfer will be considered to students who need to transfer out of their cohort for a single module to stay on track with their current cohort. If you have yet to start the program, and are transferring cohorts it will not count towards your limit of two transfers.
Transfers are not available for no shows or if the transfer request is made after 4PM Mountain time the day before the training.
Tuition CANNOT be transferred to or from a training course outside the US.
